Hearty Beef Ramen Recipe with Aneto 100% Natural Beef Broth


  • 1 litre Aneto 100% Natural Beef Broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (about 200g)
  • 450g thinly sliced beef sirloin
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2.5cm piece of ginger, grated
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 15ml sesame oil
  • 30ml mirin
  • 150g sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 75g baby spinach leaves
  • 15ml vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Prepare the Broth: In a saucepan, heat the Aneto 100% Natural Beef Broth over medium heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and mirin. Allow it to simmer gently for 15-20 minutes to meld the flavours.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the Beef: Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. In a separate frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the beef slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Prepare Toppings: In the same pan, sauté shiitake mushrooms in sesame oil until tender. Wilt the baby spinach in the pan. Set aside.
  5. Assemble the Ramen: Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls. Pour the hot beef broth over the noodles. Arrange the seared beef slices, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, boiled eggs, and spring onions on top.
