Strawberry Pavlova Cooking Time: 2hr

6 egg whites
350g caster sugar
2tsp corn flour
2tsp vinegar
Pint double cream


  1. Preheat oven to 150c.
  2. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks. Add in ½ cornflower and whisk again.
  3. Carefully fold in the rest with the vinegar. Spread in a circle over some parchment paper and then
    create peaks on the outside on the circle to form a bowl shape.
  4. Bake for 1- 1 ¼ hours.
  5. Turn off oven but leave the pavlova in to cool down, this ensure the gooey texture.
  6. Whip the cream until holds. Place in the centre on the pavlova and sprinkle with Strawberries and then your strawberry pavlova should be complete.
