Unlike most commercial stocks, they contain no concentrates, no powders, no extracts and no artificial flavourings. Aneto simply simmers fresh meat, fish or vegetables in a pot for hours to create a rich, authentic flavour.
These are ready to use liquid broths. You do not need to add water or dilute them. Simply pour the broth directly from the carton into your pot for soups, stews, risottos or paellas. This ensures you get the full, chef quality flavour profile in every dish.

Yes. Aneto Natural Broths are generally gluten free and made with fresh, non GMO ingredients. The Vegetable Broth is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Because they are made with real ingredients, they are a much cleaner alternative for health conscious cooks compared to high sodium bouillon cubes.
Because Aneto Natural Broths contain no preservatives, they must be treated like fresh food. Once opened, the carton should be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 to 4 days. If you don’t plan on using the whole litre at once, you can freeze the remaining broth in a suitable container for up to one month.
